What data do we hold and why?

Mailing list – When you join The Fourth Reserve Foundation mailing list we ask for only your email address. This is used to provide email news updates. The mailing list is maintained within a Mailchimp account belonging to the Fourth Reserve Foundation. You can choose to be removed from the mailing list by contacting our general email (fourth.reserve@yahoo.com) with a request to be removed.

Volunteers list – when you join our list of work day volunteers we request a mobile phone number. This is held by The Fourth Reserve Foundation and used to send SMS text messages requesting volunteers on specific days and providing SMS text updates on those volunteer sessions.

What data do we share? We never sell data and, other than maintaining the mailing list within Mailchimp, we do not share your personal information with external parties without your explicit permission.
